Carbonite or SugarSync? Which Online Backup Service is Best?

Both of these companies proffer characteristics that are mutual with many backup divines service, including distant and mobile accession, automatic and schedule musicals accompaniment, single file searching, data file versioning, and filing away. Both services are compatible with Mack and Windows operating systems. SugarSync declares oneself more "fringe for the one dollar bill" with lineaments such as Indian file syncing and single file sharing. These two features make it possible for users to collaborate on files. They also make it possible to share files with certain people - for instance, sharing pictures with only your family in one folder, while sharing documents with your coworkers in another folder. But which service is idea for online backup solutions in case your hard drive fails?
Customer service is great for both services. I personally prefer the helpful people at Carbonite. They offered quick customer service and fixed the one problem I ran into in mere minutes. Both services get an A from me in terms of customer service.
Storage and Pricing
Both services offer various subscription levels and pricing. SugarSync begins with a 5GB free account and ends with a 250GB account for about $250/year. Carbonite has a more streamlined approach to their subscription plans. They don’t offer any free solutions, but you can get a free 30 day risk free trial from their website. Each plan gives you an infinite amount of storage space that you can use as you please. The amount you can store is unlimited from both services
The Verdict
Check them both out. Carbonite offers the best service in my opinion, but it comes at a premium. SugarSync offers a great backup solution in case of data loss and they have a free version you can use as well.
